Cancellation Returns and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH:

No exclusive options for cancelling the order will be present on the platform as of now. Very soon users will also have the option to cancel their orders from their My account page. So, if you wish to cancel your order, you need to mail us on the mail ID given in the contact us section (found on the terms page, privacy policy page & on the platform) and inform us your order ID or order number. If the order is not dispatched, then we will cancel the order and refund you the full amount by reversing your payment to the bank account from which you actually paid. Refund in this case will be provided within 24-48 hours after cancelling the order.


CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH:

If you wish to cancel your order, you need to mail us on the mail ID given in the contact us section (found on the terms page, privacy policy page & on the platform) and inform us your order ID or order number.

If the order has been dispatched (i.e., handed over to the courier or shipping company), we can’t stop the order midway. The order will reach you, and you need to inform the respective order handling courier person, that either the full order or partial order has been cancelled (whichever applies by your cancellation request).

The parcel then will reach us back and we will completely check the product’s condition, and will reverse your payment to the bank account from which you actually paid. Refund in this case will be provided within 24-48 hours after we verify the product’s condition at our warehouse.


ORDER RETURNS:

Brandways offers its customers, a 3-day return, where if you wish to return the product back and apply for a refund, you need to mail us on the mail ID given in the contact us section (or you may WhatsApp us @ 8077477196 and inform us your order ID or order number with reasons to return the product.

You have to send the photographs of the product and invoice for our reference. We will pick up the products within 3-6 business days. We will refund you, once we check the condition of the returned product, we check for any damages. And if we are satisfied on the overall product condition, seals, labels, we will initiate the refund within 24-48 hours to the bank account from which you actually paid.

You have to follow the same procedure incase of receiving wrong products on order, defective, damaged products on the order, additional products on the order.

FREE GIFTS AND PRODUCTS RETURNS:

When you return a product, any free gifts or free products provided to you with that order should also be returned. Free gifts, products and items always are associated, combined with the original main product. When you return the original main product, irrespective to reasons to return, you need to return the associated free items also.

Sometimes, you would have received a free gift or free product for a set of items ordered or for more than one product (i.e., free product or gift for two or more items you bought) and you may wish to return a part of the order alone. In such cases, you still need to return the free gift or free product provided.


CATEGORIES THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED:

We do not process or accept returns for a few categories or items on our platform, because of its nature to get expired after a specific period of time.

Following items, categories on the platform cannot be returned.
